Delivery Time: Most orders reach within 5-10 days post-confirmation. You’ll receive order and dispatch notifications via SMS/email.
Charges: INR 99 delivery fee applies to orders ≤ INR 999. Non-refundable.
International: We ship only within India, but accept global cards.
Failed Delivery: Two delivery attempts will be made. Post this, prepared orders are refunded as website credits usable for future purchases.

RETURNS POLICY

Lawman ensures quality through expert product checks before dispatch. Items not meeting standards or fitting correctly qualify for replacement/refund if unused, unwashed, in original packaging with tags, and returned within 10 days. Sale/promotional items are exchange-only (same/higher value).

Damaged Items

Report within 48 hours via email to customercare@lawmanpg3.com with order details, photos, and contact number.

Process

Approved returns are collected post-confirmation. Replacements ship in 4 days; refunds reflect in 7-10 days (COD refunds via Demand Draft in 20 days). Accessories/innerwear are non-returnable.
