At Lawman, we are committed to customer delight and making online shopping a pleasant experience. Our experts scrutinise all products for quality and size before dispatch. In the rare case that the ordered products are not up to mark and don't fit you right, there is no need to worry. Based on availability and preference, we'll either send a replacement product or process a refund/credit note for you upon receipt of returned products.
To be eligible for exchange or return, the products should not be used, washed, or dirty. The product must also be in its original, undamaged Lawman box with all tags attached. Any product bought during a sale or special promotion cannot be returned but can be exchanged for any product(s) of the same or higher price. The return request should be initiated within 10 days of the delivery of the product.
The Lamwan Care team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pickup at an agreed-upon time. You must email us the complete details of the product in case of regular returns.
In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product along with the order number and registered phone number. You must email us about any damaged items in your shipment within 48 hours of receiving your order
All the emails must be sent to customercare@lawmanpg3.com, mentioning the order number and the problem with the product.
Replacement products will be shipped within 4 working days of receiving the returned products. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 working days and will reflect in your account in 7-10 working days. In the case of COD orders, it will take up to 20 working days for the demand draft to reach you.

- All accessories and innerwear are non-returnable. Please contact customer service for any further queries.
- COD charges are non-refundable.
Cashback Policy:
- No coupon code is required to avail the cashback.
- Store credit is valid for two months from the date of cashback received.
- The cashback will be credited once the order is delivered.
